Large tiled hall with an old school radiator, plenty of room for coats, boots , golf clubs etc.

Small sunspot seating area outside with gas bbq and private parking outside.

Within 30 minutes of St Andrews for golf and beaches, 4 miles from Ladybank Golf Course and train station, 45 minutes from Edinburgh Airport.

Local attractions include the National Trust village of Falkland, Lindores Distillery, the Fife Coastal Path and the charming East Neuk fishing villages.

There is no public transport from Woodmill so you are advised to arrive by car.
